In Dusseldorf, a meeting of bloggers is happening on 23 August as reported in Neues Aus Düsseldorf, a blog with news about the city. Also there is a review of the dotAtelier video of Dusseldorf Animated. This video has been incorporated by die Schokoladen-Seiten des Lebens which blogs about the various aspects of life with a particular focus on that city of culture on the Rhine.
If you want to register for the conference you can do it here.
I wish I could be there. I'd love to see Dusseldorf again and exchange ideas with the bloggers of the city.

I lived in Dusseldorf from 2002 to 2004. Enjoyed walking along the river from the Oberkassel bridge towards Lörick. I was fascinated by the wildflowers growing between the railway tracks around the Les Halles markets at Derendorf and elsewhere. It was interesting walking around the old parts of town. In the mornings I waited for the tram to go to work , looking over the Oberkassel bridge at the sunrise. Although it is called sunrise, I got the feeling there that the sun was in fact not moving, but the Earth was turning. This inspired the picture at the beginning of the video which I call Earth turning. I'm pleased you like it. I enjoyed living there.
